1. Why does LUNE use Print-on-Demand?

We believe good things don't need to be made in bulk. 🤍

LUNE follows a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, which means your piece is created when you place an order. No unnecessary overproduction, no piles of unsold stock—just your LUNE piece, made for you.

2. What makes LUNE hoodies different?

We don't believe in compromising on the basics.

Our hoodies are made using premium 300–350 GSM fabric—that sweet spot between too heavy and too light. Soft, comfortable, structured, and made for everyday wear.

3. Will the fabric feel rough or itchy on the skin?

No. Comfort comes first at LUNE. ✨

Our pieces are selected to feel soft and comfortable against the skin, without that rough, scratchy feeling you sometimes get with heavier fabrics. We want you to wear your LUNE hoodie for hours—not count the minutes until you can take it off.

4. How long will my LUNE order take to arrive?

We currently estimate 8–10 days from the time your order is placed.

We're working on making this faster, but LUNE is still taking its first little steps. 🌙 We'd rather take a little extra time and get your piece right than rush it out the door.

5. Why don't you keep everything ready in stock?

Because we'd rather make what you actually want than make hundreds of pieces that nobody asked for.

Your order tells us what to create. It helps us reduce unnecessary production while keeping our focus on the quality of every piece that leaves LUNE.
