Returns & Damaged Product Policy

At LUNE, every piece is individually created with care and prepared specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or styling preferences.

We encourage you to carefully review our size guide and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We want every LUNE piece to reach you in perfect condition.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Or materially different from the product you ordered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Required

Because each piece is individually prepared, we require a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

  1. The unopened package before it is opened.
  2. The package being opened in one continuous recording.
  3. The product and any visible damage or defect.
  4. The shipping label/order information.

The video should clearly show that the damage was present when the package was received.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

What Happens After a Valid Claim?

Once we receive your claim and supporting video, our team will review it.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect product sent by LUNE, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

A replacement of the affected product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the exact product is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available resolution.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Preference regarding fit or appearance
  • Color preference where the product matches the listing
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or misused after delivery
  • Normal characteristics of the fabric or printing
  • Minor variations resulting from the individual creation of each piece
